Is this for you?

Yes, if

  • You lead a software engineering team of 4 or more developers shipping production code.
  • Your engineers are already comfortable with the terminal, Git, and at least one modern language.
  • You want hands-on training tailored to your codebase, your stack, and your tooling.
  • You want to embed agentic workflows, MCP integrations, and hooks into how your team ships.

Not yet, if

  • You are an individual developer looking for a public seat. We run team-only engagements. Start with our free AI Readiness Diagnostic.
  • Your team is fewer than 4 engineers. The cohort dynamic does not work below that threshold.
  • You are looking for Microsoft 365 Copilot training. See our Copilot for Business program.

Outcomes

  • Hands-on with your codebase and tooling
  • Agentic workflows your team can run on Monday
  • In-person (Sydney, Melbourne) or remote

Best for: Engineering teams who want to embed Claude Code into their daily workflow with structured, tailored enablement.

Enterprise Rollout

Multi-team programmes

Format

Multi-cohort rollout across engineering teams. Tailored to your codebase, internal tools, MCP integrations, and security posture.

Prerequisites

Multiple engineering teams. Buy-in from a sponsor inside engineering leadership.

Outcomes

  • Built around your codebase and tool stack
  • MCP server scaffolding for internal systems
  • Ongoing coaching and support

Best for: Organisations rolling out Claude Code across multiple engineering teams who need a coordinated programme.

100% satisfaction guarantee

If the workshop does not land for your engineers, we make it right. That can mean re-running the session, refunding the engagement, or both. We back the work, not just the booking.

Claude Code value compounds when engineers actually use what they learn. If something is blocking that, we fix it.

Delivery Formats

In-Person

Delivered at your office or our training facility. Hands-on with live instructor. Best for teams.

Remote Live

Interactive video workshop via Google Meet. Same curriculum, same hands-on exercises. Best for distributed teams.

Self-Paced

Recorded modules with exercises and support channel. Best for individual learners.

Common questions

Do I need to be a developer to attend Claude Code training?

Yes. This program is built for engineering teams. Module 101 assumes working software developers who already ship code. If you have non-developer team members who want general AI training, see our other programs.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop with admin access to install software. We will provide temporary Claude Code access if you do not have a subscription. All other materials are provided.

Can we use our own codebase during the workshop?

Yes. Private team workshops are tailored around your actual projects and codebase. This is the most effective way to learn and the default for every engagement.

What is the difference between Module 101 and 201?

Module 101 covers setup, core workflows, configuration, and a greenfield project build. Module 201 covers advanced topics including custom agents, MCP integrations, CI/CD automation, and multi-agent orchestration. We recommend completing 101 before 201.

How many people can attend?

Private team sessions can accommodate up to 25 engineers. We do not run public workshops or accept individual seats. Engagements are team-only with a minimum of 4 developers.
