Your team, actually using their Copilot licences. In 4 hours.
You're paying $30 per user per month. Your team is using it for email summaries. AI 101 and AI 201 training for non-technical enterprise teams gets them using Copilot for the work that actually matters, with the M365 governance framework your IT team needs. By day 30 the ROI covers the licence spend many times over. If it doesn't, we come back at our cost.

The real Copilot problem
Most Copilot rollouts fail on adoption, not technology. Three things go wrong, and all three are fixable.
Licence waste
Buy 500 licences, see 10 percent adoption, ROI case collapses. Fix: phased rollout, role-based training, a real ROI tracker.
Data exposure risk
Copilot surfaces everything in your M365 tenant. Without sensitivity labels and information barriers, it exposes sensitive data to the wrong people.
Generic training gap
Microsoft's training is generic. Your team needs to learn Copilot in THEIR workflows, with THEIR data, for THEIR job function.
Is this for you?
Yes, if
- You have M365 Copilot licences (or are about to buy them) and need the adoption to justify the spend.
- You're mid-market or enterprise on M365 E3 or E5.
- You want training tailored to your team's actual roles, not generic Microsoft content.
- Your IT team needs governance help alongside the training itself.
Not yet, if
- You're still deciding whether M365 Copilot is worth it. Start with our free AI Readiness Diagnostic.
- Your SharePoint and OneDrive are a mess. Let's do a readiness check first.
- You're looking for GitHub Copilot developer training. That's a different program.
Two programs. Pick what your team needs.
AI 101 for teams new to Copilot. AI 201 for orgs rolling it out across teams with governance and admin framework.
Best for teams with Copilot licences who aren't getting the value yet. Role-based: exec, analyst, writer, admin.
Your team walks out with
- Copilot workflows built for their actual role (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A prompt library for the work they do every day
- Confidence with Copilot in Teams meetings: summaries, action items, recaps
- Basic guardrails: what not to ask Copilot, what not to put in a shared doc
- A week-one implementation plan they can start Monday morning
Best for: Leaders, managers, and operational teams who bought Copilot licences and aren't using them yet.
Best for orgs scaling Copilot across multiple teams who need governance, permissions, and a measurable adoption plan.
Your team walks out with
- Role-based workflows for exec, analyst, marketer, admin, and dev teams
- A SharePoint permission audit plan and sensitivity label framework
- Information barriers and DLP policy templates tailored to your tenant
- A phased rollout plan with measurable adoption and ROI milestones
- A governance framework you can take to your CISO and legal team
Prerequisite: Team is already using Copilot, or has completed AI 101, or has M365 admin coverage.

The follow-through guarantee
If your team applies what we teach in the 30 days after training and can't show a measurable productivity gain, we come back and run the follow-up session at our cost. Until they do.
Copilot ROI shows up fast when people actually use what they learn. If something's blocking that, we fix it. No invoice.
Built by people who deploy M365 Copilot in real enterprises
Your trainers have delivered Copilot rollouts for teams in regulated industries. They've audited the SharePoint tenants, designed the governance frameworks, and trained the admins who run them now.

Common questions
Do we need E3 or E5 licences for Copilot?
Copilot works on E3 or E5. E5 gives you better security posture out of the box (Purview, Defender) which matters for Copilot governance. We'll help you decide on the pre-workshop call based on your current tenant, team size, and compliance obligations.
How do we stop Copilot surfacing sensitive data?
This is the biggest Copilot risk, and it's solvable. SharePoint permission audit, sensitivity labels, information barriers, and a DLP policy get most of it handled. AI 201 walks your admins through the full framework. We also scope a Copilot readiness assessment if your tenant needs work before rollout.
What ROI should we expect?
Teams applying what they learn typically recover their per-user licence cost many times over within 30 days. Exec productivity in Teams meetings (summaries, action items). Analysts using Copilot in Excel. Writers using it in Word. If gains aren't measurable in 30 days, the follow-through guarantee kicks in.
Can you help with GitHub Copilot for our dev team?
Yes, but that's a separate program. GitHub Copilot is for developers and needs a different session (tooling, hooks, security review of code completions). See our /services/claude-code-training page for agentic coding specifically, or ask us on the consultation call.
How long does a Copilot rollout take?
A focused Copilot deployment to one team takes 2 to 4 weeks including readiness check, training, and governance setup. Org-wide rollout to hundreds of users is typically 2 to 3 months when done properly, and we strongly recommend phased rollout over big-bang licence drops.
What if our SharePoint or OneDrive data is messy?
That's normal, and it's exactly why we recommend a readiness assessment before you drop 500 licences. We help you audit permissions, apply sensitivity labels where it matters most, and rollout Copilot to a team whose data is clean first. Then scale.
Not sure Copilot is the right fit?
We're platform-agnostic. If another provider suits your team better, we'll tell you on the consultation call. See also our dedicated enterprise training programs for Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Google Gemini, or our broader AI Training & Change Management practice.
Stop wasting licences. Start compounding.
