Gemini Business vs Enterprise: which do we need?
Business at around $20 per user per month works for most teams. Enterprise adds enhanced security, audit logs, and advanced admin controls. We'll help you choose on the pre-workshop call based on team size, data sensitivity, and compliance obligations.
How does Gemini compare to Microsoft Copilot?
If your org runs on Google Workspace, Gemini lives inside the tools your team already uses. Copilot is for M365 tenants. Gemini is roughly a third cheaper per seat and pairs with NotebookLM for internal knowledge bases. We're platform-agnostic and will tell you straight if Copilot suits you better.
Can Gemini access our internal Google Drive documents?
Yes, under your existing Drive permissions. Users only see what they already had access to. NotebookLM lets you build curated, role-specific knowledge bases on top of that, which we cover in AI 201.
What about data privacy?
Gemini for Google Workspace doesn't train on your data, follows your existing Workspace compliance posture, and inherits your Drive permission model. For regulated industries we walk your security team through the governance framework before any broader rollout.
Do you support Vertex AI and custom model deployment?
